Children's Ministry
Here at Winfield Baptist Church we provide a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn about their Creator. All Staff, Monitors, and Kid's Ministry Volunteers (teachers, nursery workers, etc.) have completed the state mandated background checks. They have also been approved by our leadership to work with children and youth.
worship ministry
Our worship services are “blended” in terms of music and liturgy. We sing modern songs of praise and traditional hymns. Our desire is simple: shift all attention towards God and give Him the glory due His name!
youth ministry
The youth of Winfield Baptist Church engage in meaningful study of Scripture, enjoy fun activities, and embark on special outings. As these young people grow toward adulthood, we want them to also grow closer to God and learn what it means to live out their faith.
Small Groups
Rather than meeting on church grounds, small groups gather in homes. This is an opportunity for people to dig into God’s Word, learn together, encourage each other, and pray for one another in a personal setting. Getting involved in a small group is a great next step for people who want to grow in their knowledge of Christ and build deeper relationships with others in our church family.
Sunday School
Sunday School starts at 9:15 AM with classes for all ages from adults to youth to children. Nursery care is also available. These classes are intended to deepen the believer’s love for God by helping them grow in their knowledge of Him through the study of His Word. At the same time, we seek to strengthen the bonds of community within the body of Christ.
